Creative Direction | Product Development | Procurement

Recognized for their dedication to the community and their emphasis on black culture, Superette joined forces with 4YE to create an exclusive capsule collection.

The collaboration unfolded through several stages, with 4YE taking charge of the art direction for the graphics and messaging of the project. Meanwhile, my role involved sourcing and curating vintage tees and sweaters specifically selected for the collection.

Keeping the project's direction and messaging at the forefront, the carefully hand-picked tees pay homage to the intersection of cannabis, music, popular culture, community, and sustainability. Each item was chosen not only to align with the project's messaging but also for their recognizable appeal and cultural cues. To further enhance the sustainability aspect of this collaboration, the project also incorporated deadstock Superette products, which were reimagined through tie-dyeing and hand-dyeing processes.
